The Apricot Crush colour gives the device a distinctive appearance while maintaining the lightweight, practical design of the Pulse+ range. The smartphone measures approximately 163.19 × 75.02 × 8.45mm and weighs about 187g. It also carries an IP52 rating and features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for convenient device security.

The combination of its colourful finish, large screen and comfortable dimensions makes it suitable for everyday activities such as messaging, browsing, social networking, streaming and mobile communication.

6.56-Inch 90Hz Display

The smartphone features a 6.56-inch HD+ display with a 1612 × 720 resolution and 20:9 aspect ratio. Its 90Hz refresh rate is designed to provide smoother scrolling and more fluid animations when compared with traditional 60Hz displays. HMD lists typical brightness at 480 nits, with a boost mode reaching up to 600 nits.

The large display provides a comfortable viewing area for websites, photographs, social media feeds and video content. Whether browsing during the day or relaxing with entertainment, the screen offers a practical balance between size and portability.

50MP Camera for Everyday Photography

Photography is one of the key features of the device. The rear camera uses a 50MP autofocus sensor with an LED flash and features including AI HDR, Super Night + Tripod Mode, Flash Shot and skin-tone optimization. An 8MP front camera is available for selfies and video calls.

The camera system provides useful flexibility for capturing everyday moments, family photographs, travel scenes and social media content. Night and HDR features can also help users capture photographs in different lighting conditions, although actual results depend on the environment and shooting conditions.

128GB Storage and Everyday Performance

With 128GB of internal storage, there is useful space for applications, photographs, videos, documents and downloaded content. The phone also supports microSD cards up to 256GB, allowing customers to expand storage when additional capacity is required.

The handset is powered by the Unisoc T606 processor and comes with 4GB of physical RAM. HMD Pulse + 4G 128GB (Apricot Crush)provides virtual RAM options of up to 8GB depending on configuration and available storage. Virtual memory can provide additional flexibility when switching between applications, although it is not a replacement for physical RAM.

Running Android 14, the smartphone provides access to the Android ecosystem and everyday applications for communication, productivity, entertainment and online services. HMD Pulse + 4G 128GB (Apricot Crush) lists two OS upgrades and three years of quarterly security updates from the global launch date.

5000mAh Replaceable Battery

Battery capacity is another important advantage. The phone incorporates a 5000mAh battery, with HMD quoting up to 59 hours of battery life under its stated conditions. It supports 10W charging and uses HMD Pulse + 4G 128GB (Apricot Crush) Quick Fix replaceable-battery approach.

HMD states that the battery has been tested to maintain at least 80% of its original capacity after 800 full charging cycles. Actual battery life varies depending on network conditions, applications, screen brightness and individual usage habits.

The replaceable design can be particularly useful for customers who value repairability and want greater flexibility when maintaining their smartphone over time.

4G Connectivity and Useful Connections

The handset supports 4G, 3G and 2G networks, providing mobile connectivity for calls, messaging and internet access where compatible networks are available. Wireless connectivity includes Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac and Bluetooth 5.0.

Other practical features include NFC, GPS/AGPS/Galileo positioning, USB Type-C connectivity and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The inclusion of a traditional headphone port provides an easy option for customers who prefer wired headphones or earphones.

Repair-Friendly Smartphone Design

One of the most distinctive aspects of the Pulse+ is its emphasis on repairability. HMD Pulse + 4G 128GB (Apricot Crush) promotes a self-repair approach that allows compatible components such as the display, charging port, back cover and battery to be replaced using appropriate parts and repair instructions.

This repair-focused approach can appeal to customers who want to extend the useful life of their smartphone rather than automatically replacing the entire device when certain components become damaged or worn.

Stylish Design for Everyday Use

The Apricot Crush finish provides a colourful alternative to conventional black, blue and green smartphone designs. At approximately 187g, the handset remains practical to carry while offering a sizeable 6.56-inch display. Its 20:9 design provides a modern smartphone shape suited to browsing, social media and multimedia.

The combination of appearance, storage, battery capacity and repairability makes the phone suitable for students, families, professionals and everyday smartphone users seeking practical features without an overly complicated design.
